Sarah is not only owner and lead designer of Flower Girl Designs, but is a wife and mother to two wonderful boys. In some ways, Sarah has been a lifelong florist. Both her grandmother and mother were exceptional florists in Western New York, allowing Sarah to be introduced to the art of floral design at a very young age.
Being a master of floral design, her mother was affectionately called “The Flower Lady”, leading people to then give Sarah the name of “The Flower Girl.” You could say, that this is when the seeds of Flower Girl Designs were planted.
FLOWER GIRL DESIGNS STORY
Flower Girl Designs officially blossomed three years ago, after Sarah had her first son. After years of building her portfolio by doing floral designs for various personal and community events, Sarah left her job of nine years as a teacher and decided to follow her passion and family history by starting her own business. This gave her the flexibility she desired to pursue both her personal and professional dreams, both of which are truly flourishing. Flower Girl Designs has been featured on Orange Blossom Bride, published on Borrowed & Blue, Inspired Bride, The Every Last Detail, PopSugar, and Style Me Pretty. And with all of her beautiful work and rave reviews from clients she was selected as The Knot Best of Weddings 2017!
